The Appraisal Institute is the organization of choice for real estate appraisers and property consultants;  the Utah Chapter exists solely for the benefit of its members.

Welcome To The Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute

The Appraisal Institute is a membership association of professional real estate appraisers throughout the world. Its mission is to advance professionalism and ethics, global standards, methodologies, and practices through the professional development of property economics worldwide. The majority of the Appraisal Institute members, which is nearly 24,000, are practicing real estate appraisers and property analysts who provide valuation-related services.

The Utah Chapter is one of 91 chapters of the Appraisal Institute, with both northern and southern branch chapters. Our chapter helps to serve as a voice for the appraisal professional by supporting advanced professional development, educational programs, holding regular meetings and special events, and by support camaraderie among local appraisers.
