The Utah Chapter welcomes you to our website. It is our hope that our site will help to inform both chapter members and the public at large about what we offer. You will find information about membership, chapter benefits, educational opportunities, chapter officers, and most particularly, a roster of appraiser members of the Utah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. This roster is easy to search so that you can find an appraiser who is active in any county of the State.

 The Utah Chapter sponsors a number of appraisal courses and seminars, many of which are approved for state or national re-certification credits and pre-certification credits. We hope that our education page will be helpful in planning your participation in these events.
